Jack M. Rosenfield, President.

Jack has over forty years of real estate investment and finance experience at institutions including E.F. Hutton and Lehman Brothers. He later went to work for a national firm where he oversaw numerous successful development projects in and around Manhattan, such as 43 West 64th Street, 111 West 110th Street, and 389 Washington Street, Jersey City. He subsequently served as a senior advisor to the St. Joe Company of Florida. He is a member of the New York Bar Association, JD, from Brooklyn Law School, and has a BS, in Finance, from The Ohio State University.

Chris Gratto, Vice President, Operations.

Chris worked in the early development in Brooklyn beginning in 2005. He later worked as a senior project manager for a for joint venture with Kimco Realty (NYSE:KIM) engaged in Lower Manhattan development. A native of the Adirondacks, Chris’s career spans 50 residential and commercial developments. He has a MS in Real Estate Development from New York University and a BA from McGill.
